Drivers must be 21+ for mokes.
All drivers must have a valid driver’s license. Learner’s permits are not accepted.
Extras
Most of downtown St. Augustine and Anastasia Island is within the boundaries.
Riders may cross the Bridge of Lions to Anastasia Island and may go to the beach but not on the sand.
No other bridges may be crossed except the Bridge of Lions.
No rentals are allowed on the beach, on dirt roads, in water or flooded areas, or off-road.
Free Parking is for most vehicles while renting. We reserve the right to limit, change or cancel this offer without notice.
Overnight rentals begin at 4:30pm each night and rentals may be kept until 11am the next morning. If you wish to return the rental before we open at 10am, we will give you instructions on how to lock it up at the store.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Do I need a driver’s license to rent or drive a golf cart?
Yes. Drivers must have a valid government-issued driver’s license.
What is the age requirement to rent a golf cart?
Renters must be at least 21.
Where can I legally drive a golf cart in St. Augustine?
You can drive on public roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. Our rentals are restricted to the downtown and uptown historic area for safety.
Can I drive a golf cart on the beach or sidewalks?
No. Driving on beaches, sidewalks, and bike paths is strictly prohibited.
Can I cross the Bridge of Lions or the Vilano Bridge in a golf cart?
You may not cross the Vilano Bridge. It is too steep. We do not recommend crossing the Bridge of Lions for your safety unless your hotel is located on the other side. The bridge is steep and traffic becomes too fast.
Are your golf carts street-legal?
Yes. All our rental carts are registered, street-legal Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) with seatbelts and headlights.
How and where do I park a golf cart downtown?
Carts must park in legal, marked automotive parking spaces. You must pay normal city parking fees.
Do I need personal auto insurance to rent a golf cart?
Yes. Florida law requires proof of an active auto insurance policy to operate a street-legal LSV. -
What is your cancellation policy if it rains?
We offer a flexible weather policy. You can reschedule or receive a refund for severe storm days up to the beginning of your rental.

Yes. We offer flexible hourly, daily, and weekly multi-day rental packages.
Where can I park while renting?
We have the largest, free on-site parking of any rental company in St. Augustine.
